Apartment with direct views of the beach and near the Beach Club. This area also features a more exclusive zone overlooking the beach as well as Little Venice. The Beachfront will also have 23 founders' plots where each owner can build their own house as they see fit.

Playa de Perla consists of apartments in 23 beach front blocks of varying size. They will include three bedroom duplex, two bedroom apartments and penthouses ranging in size from 354ft2 (108m2) to 643ft2 (196m2) including terrace space.

The beach and surrounding areas of the apartments are totally private living and are only accessible to residents and guests on Punta Perla.
